The stages and what you get after each one
- 01
Scoping
We write down the main use case, user roles and the feature list. Then we freeze it and give you a fixed price for the build.
Week 1 - 02
Build
The main use case, sign-in, payments and emails, an admin panel and analytics. Every week we show progress on a working version.
Typically 4–6 weeks - 03
Launch and handover
We publish the product on your domain and your accounts, hand over the code, logins and documentation, and sign a handover record.
Launch - 04
30 days of fixes
For 30 days after launch we fix whatever comes up in real use, free of charge. After that — if you want — we move on to product care.

What the MVP looks like
MVP in 4–6 weeks
Who it’s for
Founders who have already tested the idea — with a prototype, a demand test or conversations with customers — and want to give people something they can actually use. Companies building a new product alongside their main business.
If the idea is still at the “I think people would want this” stage, start with a clickable prototype. Changing a few screens costs far less than rebuilding a working app.
What’s in the MVP
An MVP does one thing well. Around it we add only what the product can’t work without:
- the one main use case people come for,
- sign-up and sign-in,
- payments and system emails, if the product needs them,
- an admin panel to manage users and content,
- analytics, so you can see what people actually do.
Everything else goes on the “after launch” list. That isn’t cutting corners — it’s the quickest way to find out whether the product is needed.
What you get at the end
- A working product on your domain.
- The code in a repository set up in your name, and a rights transfer record for it once each stage is paid.
- Documentation: how to run the product, how to deploy changes and where everything lives.
- A signed handover of every account and service.
- 30 days of free fixes from launch day.
What we need from you
- Decisions within one or two working days when we ask. Nothing affects the timeline more.
- Content for the product: copy, logo and graphics.
- Terms of service and a privacy policy, prepared by your lawyer.
- Accounts with the payment provider and any other services, registered in your name.
What we don’t do
- We don’t start building without a written scope. A week of scoping saves weeks of rework.
- We don’t slip in extra features along the way. Every change is priced separately and you decide whether to go ahead.
- We don’t register your product’s accounts in our name.
After launch
The first weeks after launch show what to fix and what to build next. After the 30 days of fixes you can move on to monthly product care: new features from the roadmap, updates and monitoring. Or you can develop the product in-house — the documentation and logins are yours.

What can come before and after this stage
Clickable prototype in 5 days
A workshop, a user-journey map, a prototype you can click through and sessions with 3–5 potential users. At the end you know what to build in the MVP and roughly what it will cost.
AI MVP
An assistant that answers from your documents, an agent that completes tasks, or a voice bot. Before you show it to customers, we measure answer quality and the cost per conversation.
Questions we hear most often
Can't find your question? Write or call — we'll give you a straight answer, no strings attached.
[email protected]+48 889 009 55001Why a scoping week first?
Because without a written scope there's no honest way to give a fixed price. In that week we agree the main use case and the feature list. The stage has its own fixed price, and once that stage is paid, the rights in the scope document pass to you — you can build with someone else using it.
02When do I get the fixed price for the build?
After the scoping week. The quote we send within 24 hours of your enquiry gives a fixed price for that first week and a rough cost for the build.
03What if I want to change something during the build?
We describe the change, price it and only make it once you agree. Without your agreement the price stays the same.
04Can I develop the product with another team later?
Yes. The code we write for you becomes yours once the stage is paid for, and our libraries come with source code under a perpetual licence we can't withdraw, so a new team can keep building on them. You keep the documentation and every login.
05I have code from a previous supplier or an AI builder. Can you take it over?
Yes, if you hold the rights to it — for code from an AI builder we check together whether the tool's terms give you those rights. We start with an audit of an agreed scope. The audit shows what we found but doesn't guarantee that every bug is found. The 30 days of fixes cover the code we changed or added.
06Will you build a mobile app too?
We usually suggest starting with a web app that also works in a phone's browser. If the idea really needs an iOS and Android app, we quote for it separately.
07Where will the app run?
On your own account with a provider of your choice, or on our managed hosting on servers in the EU. We decide together during scoping.
