Poland
Poland in numbers that matter for your website
Poland had 92,374 commercial companies with foreign capital at the end of 2025, about 1,500 more than a year earlier. Most of them sell to Polish customers who search in Polish, compare on their phones and expect a Polish VAT invoice. At the same time, foreign guests made up 20.7% of everyone who stayed in Polish hotels and other accommodation in 2025, led by visitors from Germany, Ukraine, the UK and the USA.
That is the gap we work in: firms run in English, German or Swedish that need to win Polish customers, and Polish businesses that need to win foreign ones.
The market itself is made up of very small firms: 97.1% of the 5.44 million entities in the REGON register have up to nine employees. Your competitors, suppliers and many of your customers have no IT or marketing department. A clear Polish website and a complete Google Business Profile still make a real difference here.
How we work with international companies in Poland
- Languages. We speak Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. In German we reply in writing. Polish copy is written by native speakers.
- Registered in Sopot, working remotely. MEZA P.S.A. is registered in Sopot. We meet in person in the Tricity. For the rest of Poland we work the same way we work with clients abroad: video, shared documents, everything agreed in writing. We have no other offices and don’t pretend to.
- Clear terms. Free quote within 24 hours (including weekends and public holidays), fixed price after the quote, payment in stages, a free concept before you sign, 30 days of fixes after launch.
- No lock-in. The domain and all accounts are registered to your company, and the project code is yours once paid for.
- Paperwork that fits a group. Contract and Polish VAT invoice from a Polish company. Hosting in the EU, with a data processing agreement where personal data is involved.
We’re a team with more than 10 years’ experience.
What foreign-owned firms usually ask us for
- Polish-language SEO and Google Business Profile. A site translated from English rarely ranks in Polish search. We research the phrases Polish customers actually type and write for them.
- Bilingual and multilingual sites. PL and EN as standard. DE, NL or Swedish versions where your customers or guests come from those markets, with correct hreflang.
- KSeF-ready integrations. We connect your shop, CRM or order system to invoicing software that talks to KSeF. Larger firms have been using it since 2026; the remaining small taxpayers join on 1 January 2027.
- AI assistants. Chatbots and voice assistants that answer customers in Polish and English, built to tell users they are talking to AI, as Article 50 of the AI Act requires from 2 August 2026.
- AI training for teams. Live online training built on your processes. Polish employers can apply for KFS funding from their local labour office (PUP); we’ll tell you whether the training qualifies.
Polish rules worth knowing before you launch
- KSeF. National e-invoicing. From 1 January 2027 even taxpayers with sales of up to PLN 10,000 a month must use it.
- Accessibility. Since 28 June 2025, Poland’s accessibility act covers consumer e-commerce and online booking. Micro-enterprises providing services are exempt.
- GDPR in Polish. Consent texts, privacy notices and cookie banners must be in Polish for Polish users. Contact forms, chatbots and automations need a legal basis and data processing agreements.
This is general information, not legal or tax advice. We build the technical side and are happy to work alongside your lawyer or accountant.

Questions we hear most often
Can't find your question? Write or call — we'll give you a straight answer, no strings attached.
[email protected]+48 889 009 55001Do you work in English from start to finish?
Yes. We speak Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. In German we reply in writing. The Polish texts on your site are written by native speakers, so your Polish customers read natural Polish, not a translation.
02Our parent company is outside Poland. Can you invoice the Polish subsidiary?
Yes. MEZA P.S.A. is a Polish joint-stock company and issues standard Polish VAT invoices. We can also work with the parent company if that is how your procurement is set up. Your accountant decides the right set-up for your group.
03Can you connect our systems to KSeF?
We connect online shops, CRMs and order systems to invoicing software that sends invoices to KSeF. We are not an accounting firm, so tax questions stay with your accountant or tax adviser.
04Where are you based, and do you meet in person?
The company is registered in Sopot. We can meet in person in the Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot). With firms elsewhere in Poland and abroad we work remotely: video calls, shared documents and written agreements.
05How much does a website cost?
We don't publish a price list. You get a free quote within 24 hours, the price is fixed once you accept it, and you pay in stages.
