Gdynia
Gdynia: port, manufacturing and a busy tech park
Gdynia had 802 commercial companies with foreign capital at the end of 2025. The REGON register lists 4,377 manufacturing entities and 3,074 in computer programming and consultancy. The city’s tech park, PPNT Gdynia, says it hosts over 250 companies, and its programmes include one aimed at local exporters.
The population is shrinking slowly, from 241,189 at the end of 2023 to 238,712 two years later, and registered unemployment was only 2.8% at the end of 2025. For employers, that means competing for people. A careers page that answers candidates’ questions in Polish matters as much as the sales site.
Tourism is a smaller part of the picture than in neighbouring Sopot or Gdańsk. Gdynia hosted 255,889 guests in 2025, 15.7% of them from abroad. Its foreign guests are unusually varied: visitors from the USA (11.5%) almost matched those from Germany (13.0%), followed by Norway and the UK.
How we work with Gdynia companies
Sopot, where MEZA is registered, is about 9 km from central Gdynia. Kick-offs, stakeholder interviews and sign-off meetings can happen in person, at your office or in town. Everything in between is remote and in writing. We speak Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. In German we reply in writing.
You get a free quote within 24 hours, a price that is fixed once you accept it, and payment in stages. We sign a contract and issue a Polish VAT invoice. The accounts are in your name, and the project code is yours once paid for.
What fits Gdynia best
- B2B websites with a proper RFQ path. Product or service pages with specifications, certificates and a quote form that accepts attachments.
- Language versions for export. PL and EN as a base. German, Norwegian or Swedish where your buyers are, with hreflang set correctly.
- Enquiry and order automation. Forms, email and CRM connected through an automation platform running on an EU server, with alerts when something fails.
- KSeF around your sales. A shop or order system connected to invoicing software that sends invoices to KSeF. From 1 January 2027 even the smallest VAT payers must use it.
- Hotels and serviced apartments. For Gdynia’s mixed guest profile, a booking site with English up front and other languages chosen from your own guest data.
Local specifics
- Recruitment pressure. With 2.8% unemployment, candidates compare employers online before they apply. Write for them in Polish.
- Hotel register. 14 of the 16 categorised hotels in Gdynia listed in the national CWOH register have a website. Direct booking and speed are where they differ.
- AI assistants. Since 2 August 2026, chatbots must disclose that they are AI under Article 50 of the AI Act. We build this in.
We handle the technical side. Legal and tax questions stay with your advisers.

Questions we hear most often
Can't find your question? Write or call — we'll give you a straight answer, no strings attached.
[email protected]+48 889 009 55001We sell to shipyards and logistics firms abroad. Should our site be in Polish at all?
If you hire in Poland or sell to Polish buyers, yes. Most B2B firms here need a Polish version for local buyers and job candidates and an English version for international buyers, with German or a Nordic language added where your clients are.
02Can enquiries go straight into our CRM?
Yes. A request-for-quote form can accept drawings or specifications and create a record in your CRM. It also notifies the right person and confirms receipt to the customer, so nothing sits unread in a shared inbox.
03We're based at PPNT. Do you work with startups?
Yes, as long as the scope is clear. A startup usually needs a landing page, a clean domain set-up and analytics that respect consent. We quote a fixed price after a short call.
04Can we meet in person?
Yes. Gdynia is about 9 km from Sopot, where MEZA is registered. We meet in the Tricity for kick-offs and key decisions and work remotely in between.
