01Overview

AI workshops for teams

Who it’s for

Businesses where AI is already creeping into daily work, or is about to, but where every team wants something different from it. Sales want proposals done faster. Customer service want to answer a complaint calmly and without mistakes. Finance want to make sense of a long spreadsheet. The directors want to know what they should allow in the first place.

A single generic course rarely covers all of that, so we break the workshops into modules and match them to departments. If you would rather have one fixed training package for the whole team, have a look at our ready-made “AI training for your team”.

What we do

Four formats, which you can combine as you like:

  • Introduction for everyone. Half a day on what AI tools are good at, where they go wrong, what never to paste in and how to check the output. A good starting point when experience levels vary widely.
  • Department sessions. Separate groups for sales, customer service, marketing, operations and HR. Each one practises on its own work: proposals, replies, product copy, spreadsheets, job adverts.
  • Leadership session. Less hands-on, more decisions: which tasks are worth handing to AI, which risks you are willing to accept, and who owns the tools.
  • Follow-ups. A few weeks later we come back to the questions that came up in real use and cover any new features worth knowing.

Everyone leaves with prompts for their own tasks. You receive an attendance record and certificates of participation.

If you operate in the EU or serve EU customers, Article 4 of the AI Act, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, asks organisations using AI to take measures to support their staff’s AI literacy. It doesn’t set a required level or a mandatory certificate. Workshops are one such measure, and an easy one to document. UK-only businesses aren’t covered by the AI Act, but the same practical case applies.

How we work

  1. A short call about which teams you want to train and in what order.
  2. Participants fill in a quick survey: their role, the tools they use, what eats their time.
  3. We put together the modules and sample exercises and send them for your approval.
  4. Workshops run as live online training. Exercises take up most of every session.
  5. Afterwards you get the materials, prompts and attendance paperwork.

The first workshop typically takes place within 5–15 working days of accepting the quote. It takes longer when several departments are trained one after another or when you need to fit around a busy season.

What we need from you

  • The teams involved and the number of people in each.
  • A handful of typical tasks from each team, ideally without personal data.
  • Which AI tools people use today, and on what kind of accounts.
  • Access to your video-call platform.

Technology and integrations

We train on the popular AI assistants your people already open every day, and on the AI features built into Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. If your teams live in a CRM or helpdesk, we show how to move AI-assisted work into it cleanly. We won’t ask you to buy new licences.

Polish employers can apply for KFS funding at their local labour office (PUP) — we’ll tell you whether the training qualifies.

What we don’t do

  • Issue “AI Act certificates”. There’s no such thing; we issue certificates of participation.
  • Teach programming or how to build your own models.
  • Show anyone how to get around a tool’s safeguards or terms of use.
  • Pitch software licences during the sessions.

01How is a workshop series different from a one-off training day?

A training day is a fixed package for one group. Workshops are modular: you can begin with a short introduction, train only the team that needs it most, and book a follow-up once people have used the tools for a few weeks.

02Do participants need paid AI subscriptions?

No. We work with whatever you already have, including free tiers. We do explain how personal and business accounts differ in how they handle your data, because that matters for what people can safely paste in.

03Can we bring real documents to the sessions?

Yes, once personal data and anything commercially sensitive has been removed, or we prepare look-alike versions together. People practise on realistic material without anything confidential going into an AI tool.

04Do you run workshops in person?

No. All sessions run as live online training, which suits teams wherever they work, across the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe.
