Six things that shape the figure
Usually several of them at once. The quote spells out exactly what is in scope.
Scope
The number of pages, features, campaigns or processes to automate. Starting smaller and growing in stages is often a good idea.
Content
Whether you supply the text and photos or we create them — and how many languages the site needs.
Integrations
Connections to the systems you already use: booking, CRM, payments, invoicing.
Design
A design from scratch or one built on a proven component system. Both work well; they take different amounts of time.
Timeline
A standard schedule, or an urgent launch that means moving other work around.

02Can the price go up during the project?
No, not unless you change the scope. If a new idea comes up, we quote the change first and only make it once you've approved it.
03Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We invoice in stages and pick the payment plan that suits the project — for example two or three instalments, or monthly payments. The payment schedule is in the contract.
04What if I don't like the concept?
You pay nothing. The concept is free and comes before the contract precisely so you can decide without pressure.
