The REGON register lists 3,474 manufacturing entities, and the city’s industrial and technology park (BPPT) had 180 companies employing 5,047 people on 290.9 ha in 2024. The number of commercial companies with foreign capital rose from 469 to 495 in 2025.
The rest of the economy is made up of very small businesses: 96.8% of the 47,759 registered entities have up to nine employees. So the city has two kinds of client. Foreign-owned plants and suppliers need international B2B sites and recruitment. Local micro-firms need websites and processes that run without an IT department.

- KFS training funds. Polish employers can apply for KFS funding from their local labour office (PUP); we’ll tell you whether the training qualifies.
- AI Act. AI assistants must disclose that they are AI (Article 50, from 2 August 2026).
