From idea to product in small steps

Free Concept and quote
You describe the idea and we send a quote for the first stage within 24 hours. If the project is a good fit, we add a concept: one or two static screens or a user-flow diagram.
Free - 02
Clickable prototype
Test the idea before you build it: screens linked into a flow you can click through and put in front of future users. Or start with a demand test instead.
Typically 5 working days - 03
Web app MVP or AI MVP
We build the first working version around the one thing your product has to do best. For AI products we start with a demo and only then build the MVP.
Typically a few weeks - 04
Care after launch
30 days of free fixes, then — if you want — ongoing care: new features, updates and monitoring.
Monthly
Three packages to start with
Clickable prototype in 5 days
A workshop, a user-journey map, a prototype you can click through and sessions with 3–5 potential users. At the end you know what to build in the MVP and roughly what it will cost.
MVP in 4–6 weeks
One week to pin down the scope, then a fixed price. Sign-in, payments, an admin panel and analytics come as standard. We focus on the one thing your product has to do best.
AI MVP
An assistant that answers from your documents, an agent that completes tasks, or a voice bot. Before you show it to customers, we measure answer quality and the cost per conversation.
What we do for free and what you pay for
A concept and a quote before you sign
If the project is a good fit, before signing we prepare a Free Concept. It is up to about six hours of our work — enough to show the direction and check that we understand each other.
- One or two static screens, or a diagram of the user flow.
- For an AI product idea: a diagram of the scenario and 3–5 sample answers. No working bot.
- A quote for the first stage within 24 hours of your enquiry, including weekends and public holidays.
- The concept doesn't commit you to anything. The idea stays yours — we claim no rights in it. You can review the concept screens; until you order, please don't hand them to another supplier to build from.
Anything that takes a workshop, testing or code
You pay the fixed price from the quote for this work, separately for each stage:
- A clickable prototype — screens linked into a flow you can click through.
- Workshops with you and your team.
- Interviews and tests with users.
- Working code: MVPs, AI demos, integrations.
Demand test and post-launch care
Demand test: a landing page and a test campaign
Before you spend money on a product, you can check whether anyone wants it. We build a simple page with your offer and measure how many visitors leave their email. It typically takes two to three weeks.
- A landing page in English and Polish, with two or three versions of the offer.
- A button that says plainly the product is still in the works and adds people to a waiting list — with a clear privacy notice.
- Conversion tracking and a one-to-two-week test campaign, run on your ad accounts and your budget.
- A report: how many people clicked, how many signed up, what one sign-up cost, and what it means — build, change course or drop it.
Product care
After the 30 days of free fixes you can stay with us on monthly care. We agree the scope month by month.
- New features from the roadmap, in a block of hours or sprints.
- Updates, backups and monitoring.
- Hosting for your app on servers in the EU, if you don't have your own.
- A monthly report: what we did and what we suggest next.
Funding your project with a grant
As of 11.10.2026. This part is mainly for founders and companies based in Poland. We are not grant consultants and we don’t promise that an application will succeed. What we can do is prepare what you need from a supplier and deliver the work within the programme rules.
Startup grant from a Polish labour office
An unemployed person, and a few other groups of people, can get a one-off grant from their district labour office (powiatowy urząd pracy, PUP) to start a business — up to six times the average monthly wage (Art. 147 of the Act on the labour market and employment services). The application includes a detailed list of planned expenses, and the regulation names services and intangible assets among them.
If a prototype or an MVP is part of that budget, we prepare a quote for your application: scope, stages and timelines written so you can copy them into the expense list. It’s worth having the quote before you apply, because the expenses are listed up front. Whether a particular expense is accepted is up to the labour office.
EU-funded projects
Companies running projects funded by the EU in Poland generally have to collect offers under the competitiveness principle (zasada konkurencyjności) for purchases above PLN 80,000 net, and publish their requests for quotations in the Baza Konkurencyjności. When the scope fits what we do, we reply to those requests on the same terms as any other bidder.
A rule we stick to
Under the competitiveness principle, the supplier cannot be linked to the buyer personally or through capital — this follows from the conflict-of-interest rules in the guidelines on eligibility of expenditure. That is why we don’t take equity in our clients’ companies, and if we were linked to the buyer in any way, we don’t bid.

Questions we hear most often
Can't find your question? Write or call — we'll give you a straight answer, no strings attached.
[email protected]+48 889 009 55001How much does an MVP cost?
It depends on the scope, so we don't publish prices. Within 24 hours of your enquiry we send a free quote for the first stage. You get the fixed price for building the MVP after a one-week scoping stage — from then on it doesn't change unless you change the scope.
02How long does it take?
A clickable prototype typically takes 5 working days. A web app MVP typically takes 4–6 weeks after the scoping week. An AI demo typically takes 3–5 days. The exact timeline is in the quote.
03What do I get for free?
A quote within 24 hours and, if the project is a good fit, a concept: one or two static screens or a user-flow diagram, up to about six hours of work. For AI products it is a scenario diagram and 3–5 sample answers. Clickable prototypes, workshops, user testing and working code are paid.
04Will I own the code?
Yes. The code we write for you becomes yours once the stage is paid for, confirmed in a signed record. Libraries we reuse across projects come with source code under a perpetual licence we can't withdraw: you can change them and pass them on to a buyer of your company. The domain, repository and accounts are set up in your name from day one.
05I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We start by talking about who will use the product and why. We explain technical decisions in plain language, and after every stage you get something you can see and judge for yourself.
06What if I change my mind halfway through?
That's normal with a new product. Every change to the scope is priced separately and you decide whether to go ahead. The price never changes without your agreement.
07Do you work for equity or a success fee?
No. We work for a fee only: we don't take equity or a fee that depends on you winning a grant or an investor. To make the start easier, we can spread the payment for a stage over the schedule in the quote.
08My project is grant-funded. Can you be the supplier?
Yes, within the programme rules. For a Polish labour office startup grant we prepare a quote for your application. We reply to requests for quotations from EU-funded projects in the Baza Konkurencyjności, like any other bidder. We don't promise that a grant will be awarded, and we can't be a related party of the buyer.
09Do you build mobile apps?
We usually suggest starting with a web app that also works in a phone's browser. It's faster to build and answers the same questions. If the idea really needs an iOS and Android app, we quote for it separately.
10Which languages do you work in?
English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian. We answer in German in writing.
