- Health questions do not belong in web forms. Some treatments require a consultation. Information about health is special category data under the GDPR and UK GDPR, so it should be gathered where it can be protected, not through a contact form.
- AI must identify itself. In the EU, since 2 August 2026, a chatbot or phone assistant answering clients must tell them it is an AI (AI Act, Article 50).
