Managed hosting
We choose and set up a server that fits your website or shop, take daily backups with restore tests and keep the software patched. You never need to log in to a control panel.
Website and server migration
We move your site to a new host, domain or platform to a plan: full backup, redirect map, testing and a switchover in a quiet window. Then we watch for errors for 30 days.
Uptime and performance monitoring
We check round the clock that your site responds, your enquiry form actually sends and your checkout reaches payment. Alerts go to the people you choose, and you get a short report every month.
Website security
We find the ways someone could get into your website, close them and put bot protection in front. If you're breached, we clean the site up and work out how it happened.
Website maintenance
Each month you have a block of hours for changes to your site: new prices, a new page, a seasonal banner, a form that needs fixing. Updates and a health check are part of the deal.

A website or shop isn’t just design and content. Someone has to look after the server, take backups, apply updates, deal with outages and make everyday changes. Small businesses rarely have that person; larger ones have someone with more pressing things to do.

- Managed hosting: where the site runs. A right-sized server in the EU, daily backups with restore tests, SSL and operating system updates.

- Monitoring: catching outages. Uptime, forms, checkout, expiring certificates, alerts and a monthly report.
- Security: audit, hardening of site and server, a web application firewall (WAF) and help after a hack.
- Maintenance: a monthly block of hours for content changes and small fixes, with updates included.
How to choose
Moving your site? Start with migration. If your current server is slow, or nobody can get into it, you need managed hosting. Been hacked, or running a pile of ageing plugins? Security first. If the site works but changes sit in a queue for weeks, choose maintenance. Add monitoring wherever an hour of downtime means lost orders or bookings.
The services stand alone, so you can take just one. You can keep your current host and use us for monitoring and maintenance only.
What always applies
Your site is hosted in the European Union unless we agree otherwise. Provider accounts can be in your company’s name from day one, and we sign a data processing agreement. Ongoing services are billed monthly at the fixed price from the quote; one-off projects such as a migration are paid in stages. Your email stays with your existing provider, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and we make sure no change of ours interrupts it.
You’ll be working with a team with more than 10 years’ experience. We work remotely with businesses across the UK, Ireland and the EU. We don’t promise uptime percentages or unhackable websites. We promise order, backups that actually restore, and clear reports.

Usually website maintenance. The onboarding review shows whether you also need new hosting or urgent security work, so you know what's genuinely needed and what can wait.
02Do monitoring and security work if we keep our current host?
Yes. Monitoring, security and maintenance can all run on a site hosted elsewhere. We need access to the site admin and sometimes to the server. If something can only be done by your host, we say so in the quote.
03What happens to the server and site if we stop working together?
You take everything with you. The domain and logins are in your name, the project code is yours once paid for, and our libraries come with source code, for good. We hand over a current backup, credentials and a description of the set-up, and if the server runs on our account we move it to yours or to your new provider.
