Services in this area
AI workshops for teams
Short, hands-on sessions for sales, customer service, the back office and leadership. Start with one session for everyone, then go department by department and come back when the tools change.
AI adoption for your business
We find where AI genuinely helps, run a pilot in one team, set up proper business accounts and train people on them. Training is part of the rollout, not the end of it.
AI for sales and customer service
Workshops for salespeople and service teams: proposals, enquiry and complaint replies, call notes and correspondence in other languages. With clear rules on when a person makes the call.
AI policy and tool review
We find out which AI tools your team uses and on what terms, then draft a policy template that fits your business. Your management or legal adviser signs off the final wording.
AI training
Training, not a product demo
In plenty of businesses AI is already in use, just not in any organised way. Some people draft emails with it, others won’t touch it. Nobody knows what’s safe to paste in or who checks the result. So our training starts with what your team actually does, not with a list of features in the latest model.
People practise on their own work: proposals, customer replies, documents, spreadsheets. They leave with ready-to-use prompts and clear rules. As a team with more than 10 years’ experience in websites, marketing and automation, we’re also frank about where AI gets things wrong and when it’s better left alone.
What this section covers
- AI workshops for teams. Modules for the whole company, individual departments and leadership, with follow-up sessions.
- AI adoption for your business. A task review, tool selection, a pilot in one team and proper business account set-up.
- AI for sales and customer service. Proposals, replies, complaints and multilingual emails, written in your brand’s voice.
- AI policy and tool review. A register of the tools in use, a check of provider terms and a policy template for you to approve.
How to choose
Tools everywhere and worries about data? Start with the policy. Want everyone on the same page first? Book the introductory workshop. One team drowning in repetitive emails? Look at AI for sales and customer service. And if you’ve had training before but nothing changed in daily work, what you need is a proper rollout.
If you’d prefer a single fixed package over one or two days, see our ready-made “AI training for your team”.
The AI Act, briefly
For organisations in the EU, Article 4 of the AI Act, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, asks those using AI to take measures to support their staff’s AI literacy. It doesn’t set a required level or a mandatory certificate. Training is one sensible way to act on it and keep a record. UK-only businesses aren’t subject to the AI Act, but the practical benefits are the same.
What comes next
When a session reveals a task that could be automated for good, our AI and automation team takes it from there: chatbots, process automation and CRM integrations.

Questions we hear most often
Can't find your question? Write or call — we'll give you a straight answer, no strings attached.
[email protected]+48 889 009 55001Should we start with a workshop or with the AI policy?
If people already use AI on their own, start with the policy and tool review. If hardly anyone does, start with the introductory workshop. A full rollout makes sense once you know which team has the most repetitive work.
02Which languages do you train in?
We speak Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. In German we reply in writing. Materials are prepared in the language of the session, which helps mixed teams and businesses with customers in several countries.
03What paperwork do we get after the sessions?
An attendance record, certificates of participation and the programme. For EU businesses that documents your AI literacy measures under Article 4 of the AI Act. It isn't a certificate of compliance, because the law doesn't ask for one.
