01How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope, so we don't publish 'from' prices. You get a free quote within 24 hours of your enquiry, including weekends and public holidays — with a fixed price that won't change unless you change the scope. You pay in stages, on a plan that suits the project.

02Do you work with businesses outside Poland?

Yes. We work with businesses in Poland, Germany and Austria, the UK and Ireland, the Netherlands and Sweden. We speak English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, and reply in writing in German. Website copy is written in the language of your market.

03Who owns the code and the logins?

The code written for your project becomes yours once paid for, confirmed in a signed record. If we use our own ready-made libraries, you get them with source code under a perpetual licence we can’t withdraw: you can change them, bring in another developer and pass them on if you sell the business. The domain, hosting, repository, ad accounts and analytics are in your company’s name from the start or handed over when the project ends. If you switch providers, we hand over access to them within 1 working day of your request.

04Is the chatbot GDPR and AI Act compliant?

We design it to be. Users know they are talking to an AI, and it only collects the information it really needs. We also draft the wording for your privacy policy.

05Do you run AI training?

Yes — online workshops for teams, built on your own processes and examples, followed by help rolling the tools out.

06How long does a project take?

We set the timeline in the quote and put it in the contract. Bigger projects are split into stages so you see results sooner.

07Can I see something before I sign?

Yes. Before you sign we prepare a free concept — a mockup of 1–2 screens or a chatbot script with sample answers to your own questions. After launch you also get 30 days of free fixes.
